We don’t believe in cookie-cutter design that works for everyone. We believe in customizing our design intent and mindset for each client. That said, there is a formula for how we approach each project, you'll find these steps in all of our projects.

Understanding your expectations is the first step to our creative process. Likewise, we prep our clients on what to expect throughout each step of our design process.

INITIAL IDEAS
|
|
Schematic Design starts with site analysis and ends with floor plan options. We’re exploring a wide range of preliminary design options to see which fits you best. During this stage sketches are the medium until a floor plan is solidified.

MOVING FORWARD
|
|
This step begins CAD and hardline drawings. We’ll model the design, finalize finishes, and refine details creating a space perfect for you. At the end of Design Development, you’ll have a set of documents to accurately bid the job.

DETAIL FOR BUILD
|
|
While the project is out to bid we’ll work towards a set of drawings for construction. This detailed set of documents is included in the permit set ensuring any contractor can understand your vision.

LOOKING OUT FOR YOU
|
|
After issuing construction documents, we review architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans to ensure a cohesive set of construction documents. In this step, we value engineer, if necessary, but do so maintaining design integrity and functionality.

DURING THE BUILD
|
|
Once construction begins, we’re here to clarify intent and answer questions that arise. We’ll schedule milestone site visits at key points in the construction process issuing drawing revisions, as needed.
